takkbuzz Terms and Conditions
Please read these rules carefully before using the takkbuzz platform — all terms relating to accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are set out here.
1. Introductory Statement and Acceptance
User Acknowledgement
By registering or accessing the takkbuzz platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms supersede any prior verbal or written agreements.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to use the takkbuzz platform. Registration or participation by minors is strictly prohibited. takkbuzz reserves the right to verify age at any time, and if false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately.
Right to Amend Terms
takkbuzz reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your automatic acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
2. Account Registration and Management
Registration Information
Every user must register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If your name, date of birth, phone number, or identification details are found to be false, your account may be suspended or cancelled and any pending winnings may be forfeited.
Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is a violation of takkbuzz's terms. In such cases, all accounts will be closed.
Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.
Right to Close Accounts
takkbuzz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without giving reasons. In particular, fraud, unethical betting strategies, or abuse of the platform may result in legal action being taken.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank Transfer
Ownership Verification
At the time of withdrawal, takkbuzz will verify that the payment method is registered in the name of the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and such requests will be declined.
Taxes and Charges
takkbuzz does not impose any additional transaction fees on its part. However, the payment service provider may apply its own charges, which are entirely the user's responsibility. Any applicable government taxes or duties on winnings are also the user's own responsibility.
Deposit Security
takkbuzz processes every deposit transaction through security verification. If unusual activity is detected, the transaction may be temporarily held and additional information may be requested for verification.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
takkbuzz offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. For a deposit of ৳22,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x wagering requirement).
Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus offer may only be used once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- Transferring bonus funds to another account is prohibited.
- takkbuzz reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — a previous bonus must be settled before a new one can be claimed.
Promotional Abuse
If takkbuzz determines that a user is abusing the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or using strategies to withdraw bonuses without genuine betting — the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
5. Betting, Gaming and Results Policy
Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
takkbuzz reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical errors or system disruptions. If a bet is cancelled for technical reasons, the deposited amount will be returned to the user's account. Under normal circumstances, a confirmed bet cannot be cancelled.
Responsible Gaming Limits

Unethical Strategies
Using any form of bots, automated software, hacking, or unethical methods to gain an advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all winnings will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
Finality of Game Results
The results recorded in takkbuzz's game engine and server logs are final. If a different result is displayed on a user's screen due to a display or network error, the server log data takes precedence. In any dispute, takkbuzz's decision is final.
6. VIP Program and Cashback Policy
takkbuzz's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Progression to a higher tier depends on your continued participation.
Bronze
Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%. The first step in the VIP journey.
Silver
Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%. With additional benefits.
Gold
Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%. Priority support provided.
Platinum
Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%. Exclusive and privileged service.
Diamond
Maximum weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. The highest-status VIP tier.
7. Intellectual Property and Content Policy
Proprietary Content
All content published on the takkbuzz website — logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces — is owned by takkbuzz or its licensed partners. Copying, distributing, or modifying this content without prior permission is prohibited.
Limited Licence to Use
A limited licence is granted to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. No user may use or sell takkbuzz's name, trademarks, or content to any third party.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

Sharing Data with Third Parties

9. Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
takkbuzz endeavours to ensure uninterrupted service at all times, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. takkbuzz is not liable for any loss incurred during such periods.
Third-Party Liability
takkbuzz is not directly responsible for the results or technical issues arising from games on the takkbuzz platform that are operated by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, etc.). The relevant provider's own terms also apply.
Liability for Financial Loss
takkbuzz is not responsible for any financial loss arising from a user's gaming decisions. Gaming is entirely a matter of personal choice, and each user bears full responsibility for their own decisions.
10. Prohibited Activities
Activities Prohibited on the Platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or managing illegal funds
- Attempting to access or hack another user's account
- Playing games using bots or automated software
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Registering using a false identity or forged documents
- Attempting to harass or harm other users
- Modifying or reverse engineering the platform's software

Final Decision
In disputes relating to technical matters or rules, the decision of takkbuzz's management is considered final. takkbuzz always acts fairly and in accordance with these Terms when reaching its decisions.
12. Miscellaneous Provisions
Language and Interpretation
These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of a conflict with a translated version in another language, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
Severability Clause
If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
